We offer services for people with and without disabilities, for young people, families, people with mental illnesses, people with obstacles in the labour market and refugees.
Around 1,500 employees work at LebensGroß supporting some 4,500 people. We are a voice that shouts aloud for people who experience disadvantage. At LebensGroß support is provided for people of all ages in a range of facilities. These include:

- Training opportunities

This is the only way to keep a finger on the pulse and use opportunities for the advantage of everyone. For this reason, we work closely with experts in Austria and abroad on a range of projects and maintain strong networks across a wide range of industries.
LebensGroß is synonymous with socio-political commitment. As a critical part of a strong civil society, with partners from all walks of life, we take eco-social responsibility seriously and are fully committed to participation, inclusion and social fairness.

The history of LebensGroß stretches back to 1960. It was then that the “Lebenshilfe Graz und Umgebung Voitsberg” association was founded by parents with a strong sense of social commitment. The range of support services has grown steadily, leading to the founding of Lebenshilfen Soziale Diensten GmbH in 2016, which also included the subsidiary Lebenshilfen Assistenz GmbH. In 2022, erfa Gmbh was also integrated. In line with the increasing range of social services offered and changes in social and cultural attitudes, the name Lebenshilfen Soziale Dienste is being changed to LebensGroß in 2023. The limited liability company is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Lebenshilfe Graz und Umgebung Voitsberg association.
The association is run by a voluntary board of directors, which is elected every three years at the general meeting. The last election took place on July 4th, 2023.
Ursula Vennemann was again elected president. Her deputy is Mag. Christian Koch.

We work with many partners to develop new offers and services. Above all, the people we support are experts in their own right at LebensGroß. Their knowledge and experience flow into developments.
